How the service is used

  • Qlarifai supports managers by reviewing the Statement of Purpose, evidence, staff answers, and inspection readiness information within the service.
  • You may only use the service for lawful operational, quality, and compliance work.
  • You remain responsible for deciding how service information is created, maintained, and acted on.

Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the materials you upload, including the Statement of Purpose, evidence, and internal policy content.
  • You are responsible for the decisions your organisation makes on the back of the service output.
  • You must keep access credentials secure and limit access to authorised team members.

Availability and change
